CURRENT CLIENTS

TESTING SESSIONS ARE THE LAST WEEK OF EVERY MONTH

** IF YOU ARE SIGNED UP FOR ANY SESSIONS ON THESE DAYS YOU WILL ONLY BE TESTING ONLY FOR THAT SESSION**

TRAINING GUIDELINES:

  • All athletes must wipe down their equipment before and after using it.

  • Only 6 athletes will be allowed to train per hour.

  • Athletes are not allowed on the floor until their training session starts. This means if you sign up for an 11:00am time slot and show up at 10:50am, you will need to wait in the lobby until 11:00am.

  • Athletes must leave on the hour. In the past we have allowed for workouts to take up to 90 minutes. However, now you must complete your workout in 60 minutes. If you arrive late, you will not be granted extra time.

  • If you are not signed in, you will NOT be allowed to train. The goal of this is to limit the amount of people and hours that we are at the facility right now. For this process to be successful, it will require a great attention to detail. If you cannot even remember to sign in, you will not be allowed to train.
